What you pay per month?
- R4,500.00
- (A once-off setup fee of R750 and an annual registration fee of R250 will be charged).

Ts & Cs :
Sapphire Bookkeeping and Business Support Services assists small businesses with bookkeeping services, i.e. only corporate bookkeeping is carried out (no personal tax service is offered).
All bookkeeping is done to trial balance (using Pastel)
Invoices and statements can be sent via email to you and / or your customers directly.
Financial / VAT reports will be sent via email to you and / or your auditor directly.
(Please be advised that your quick response to any of my queries will prevent delays in information processing and provision.)
Payment is due by recurring bank EFT or PayPal on the last day of each and every month (a monthly invoice will be sent to you with details).
Please note, only service businesses, such as body corporates, financial service providers, medical practitioners, etc. need apply, i.e. no manufacturing concerns or businesses carrying inventory (due to physical stock take being impractical).
All source documents to remain in your possession (until such time as required). Further, all documents will be saved digitally, i.e. no hard copies of invoices, etc., will be printed or filed.
Regretfully, no debt collection service is offered, nor any telephone follow-ups (due to possible time zone constraints). (Similarly, you will also be responsible for your own unique client queries).
